Computer help
So I'm looking to get a new computer. Basically I want something with a really fast processor and as much RAM as one can possibly shove into a case, along with two ROM drives, at least 1 a burner (DVD-burners seem to be all the rage nowadays) and a relatively decent amount of disk space.
Question is, should I buy a prebuilt or build it myself?
For prebuilts, which companies have models of this spec, what are their prices, and which brands are the most reliable?
For building myself, who would help me, as I've never built a computer myself and would rather not be going into something like this blind?
Also, I'd like to be able to transfer my old HD into the new computer so I wouldn't have to transfer numerous gigs of graphics, html and other files. Unless you think networking the two boxes would be more reasonable?
