Curiosity Killed the Cat

Having lived in California all my life, my response to yesterday's quake went something like:
[11:40am] Me: ...there was an earthquake?

Understanding just what all these bond measures on the California ballot actually mean.
Well, except for the High Speed Rail one, which I'm totally psyched over :D New intercity transit infrastructure is the win.
Also, WHY is the Parental Notification for abortion back on the ballot? We voted against it TWICE. Three times is not a charm.

Is Caffeine-Free (not-Diet) Coke a California thing?
My roommate is, frankly, astonished that such a thing exists. I like to drink it because I've been trying to avoid consuming large amounts of caffeine in the afternoon/evening. (Also, the local microkitchen fridge is stocked with copious amounts of it.) Then I realized that the only other person I know who drinks this is servalan.
What's the verdict, FL?
